    Owning your state

    In this episode I speak about the idea of owning and cultivating your own state for optimum outcomes in life. I have been inspired by Tony Robbins' work on this topic. If you see my blog on my website I did a week ago I go into more detail on his work and his interviews. He says that success is 80% Psychology and 20% strategy. I can see how often we get this the wrong way around. I am learning more how owning state seems to be key. This is where a Coaching component is healthy and important to be able to take life to the next level. I hope you get something out of this episode.

    Meditation as a possible access point to your heroes journey

    In this podcast I discuss some different types of meditation and how they can potentially be useful to help you to make more aligned decisions and connect to your own heroes journey.     Why I'm taking Tony Robbins more seriously for serious issues

    I watched a recent interview with Tony Robbins and Jordan Peterson. I'd always had a level of skepticism about Tony Robbins methods for lasting change particularly for people who had more serious issues of depression and anxiety. In this interview a clinical trial was discussed which shows the great impact long term of his events. I found this really great news and thought it was worth reporting.
