242 // Can God Still Use Me After Everything I’ve Done?

👉🏻 Have you ever wondered, “Can God still use me after everything I've done?” Maybe you believe that God forgives you. But deep down, you still feel like your past has disqualified you from being useful to Him. You've made too many mistakes, wasted too much time, or been hurt too deeply—and you wonder if God can really do anything with your story now. And when you look at other women, it may seem like God can use them. But when you look at yourself, you think: “I'm too broken. God can't really use someone like me.” In this episode, we're exploring the lie that your past disqualifies you and the truth that God specializes in redemption. We'll look at several people in Scripture whose failures, brokenness, and complicated pasts didn't get the final word—and what their stories reveal about what God can do with yours. 🌟 In this episode, you'll discover: Why believing that God forgives you isn't always the same as believing He can still use you. The lie that your past has permanently disqualified you. Why consequences and disqualification aren't the same thing. What Peter, Paul, and Rahab reveal about God's ability to redeem complicated stories. Why redemption doesn't mean pretending your past never happened. How God can use the compassion, wisdom, and grace you've gained through difficult experiences. One gentle step you can take when there's something from your past you've decided God could never redeem. If you've been looking at your past and wondering if you've simply messed up too much, I hope this episode reminds you that your past is not more powerful than God's redemption. 💞 You don't have to know how God will use your story. You just have to stop assuming He can't. --------------------    🔎 Discover Your First Step to Fully Experiencing God’s Love (Free Quiz): https://www.relateescape.com/quiz 💌 Get a weekly reminder of God’s tender love for you—plus exclusive offers: https://relate-escape.kit.com/godlovesme 🤝 Connect with other women and learn more about who God truly is in Relate Escape Place: https://www.relateescape.com/membership 🛍️ Shop the Relate Escape store: https://www.relateescape.com/store 📌 Follow Jenn on Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/relateescape

We'll look at what the Bible reveals about God's gentleness, faithfulness, trustworthiness, and goodness—and why you don't have to figure out who God is by guessing or by how you feel. 💫 In this episode, you'll discover: Why it's difficult to trust God's love when you don't have a clear picture of who He is. The belief that God is unpredictable, critical, or emotionally distant. Why God's character—not your changing feelings—is the foundation for trusting Him. How getting to know God's character can help you begin to trust His love. One simple practice to help you focus on who God is instead of trying to figure Him out based on how you feel. 👉🏻 Have you ever wondered how to make God love you? Maybe you've spent years trying to be a good Christian woman. You've prayed, read your Bible, tried to obey God, and worked hard to avoid disappointing Him—but somehow, you still don't feel like you're doing enough. And eventually, you start wondering: Does God really love me? What if I'm not good enough? What if other people qualify for His love, but I don't? In this episode, we're exploring the exhausting belief that you have to earn God's love and the lie that says God only loves “good” Christian women. The lie that says God only loves “good” Christians. Why you may believe other people qualify for God's love, but you don't. What Scripture reveals about God's love coming before your performance—including what it means that He loved you before the creation of the world. Why learning to receive God's love can be difficult when you've spent years trying to earn it. One simple practice to help you notice when you're striving for God's love instead of responding to the love He's already given you. If you've been exhausted from trying to be good enough for God to love you, this episode will help set you free. You don't have to compete with other women for His love. You don't have to become a better Christian before you're worthy of His love. 💖 God loved you first. 👉🏻 Have you ever wondered where God is? Maybe you've prayed about something over and over again, but nothing seems to change. You've asked God for help, direction, healing, or an answer—and done everything on your spiritual to-do list–but instead of feeling His presence, you feel silence. And eventually, you start wondering: Does God even care? If He really loved me, wouldn't He be here? In this episode, we'll explore what it means to feel forgotten by God and the lie that says His silence means He doesn't care. Discover what the Bible reveals about God's character and why His silence does not mean His absence. 💫 In this episode, you'll discover: Why God's silence can begin to feel personal. What Scripture reveals about God's attentive, compassionate, and faithful character. How people throughout Scripture honestly brought their feelings of abandonment and unanswered prayers to God.
