You don’t actually hate your body… this is the real reason

I struggled for the longest with a eating disorder and having a bad relationship with food. Now I am rebuilding the relationship that I have with food. Food is fuel for the body nothing more. You can enjoy it but you should never let it control you. What do you think? I made this podcast in 2023 and forgot about it. I decided to post it because I think it might help some people.
