    Deconstructing the old stories that are blocking us from writing new ones

    This Episode is all about finding out what could be some of the “ blocks” and “ old stories “ that are preventing you from having the happy and fulfilling life we deserve and we want. If you take the time to reassess and audit your life, gain the clarity and the awareness of those old stories repeating on a loop in your mind , you will discover that some of these stories are stories other people have told you about yourself! These stories become blocks that are deeply imprinted in our subconscious minds. In order to rewrite the story of your life you have to find out what is the source and the root cause of these blocks. And once you discover that you can visualize how you really want your life to look like . You cannot build a new story on top of an old one that no longer serves you. It’s like building a new house from the ground up. Remember , you are in charge. You are the creator of your life. It’s your story. I will share with you how to “ cross out” these outdated stories by removing the blocks , and scripting yourself a new story that you love. In my next Episode I will share with you the power and the importance words have in creating the narrative of our stories.     Re write your story by going back to basics :Clarity and Awareness

    Welcome back my friends ! I am so excited to share with you my first Episode. This episode is about re writing the story of your life by going back to basics: gaining clarity and awareness. In this episode I talk about a very important and simple tool you can use though this process . Journaling! Journaling enables Mindfulness. By writing down where you have been in your life, it will bring the clarity to re write that story. We all want to change. Change is good but can be scary and difficult. We can only discover how we want to rewrite our story by having the awareness of what no longer serves us. Mindfulness is about being present and in touch with all your senses. Journaling will help you rediscover yourself and your old dreams. Go ahead! Write your heart out! Dream big! Write the big story of your life that you love and deserve. We don’t need to repeat an outdated script. So write a new one. I hope you find value and inspiration in this episode.
