Dr. Smith-Whitley is a world-renowned hematologist and sickle cell disease thought leader and advocate with over 30 years of experience. Most recently, she was the Clinical Director of Hematology and Director of the Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
