    Eight Years of Unjust War

Hallo - This is Somaye Dehban, a devoted Dutchified Iranian whose life is quite interwoven with politics. Your Native Analyst is a series of my op-eds (opinion-editorials) about how the events in Iran and the Middle East are reflected (or not) in the Western Media. In Episode #6: Eight Years of Unjust War, I talk about Guiding Coalition which is the second stage in my personal and organizational model: Verbinding. I also talk about Iran Iraq war that lasted for 8 years during the 80s, which could have ended after three years. And as this is a quarterly episode, I highlight some of the topics in my 3 other podcasts and share how they are connected with Your Native Analyst. Join me every 2nd Tuesday of the month to hear about the reality of life in that part of the world. Want to hear more? Sign up for my thematic newsletters to get notified about each episode and more. 1979 Revolution: Iranian or Islamic?

Hallo - This is Somaye Dehban, a devoted Dutchified Iranian whose life is quite interwoven with politics. Your Native Analyst is a series of my op-eds (opinion-editorials) about how the events in Iran and the Middle East are reflected (or not) in the Western Media. In Episode #5: 1979 Revolution: Iranian or Islamic? I will talk about Systemic Review which is the first stage of Understanding as the first phase of my personal and organizational transformation that I've dubbed Verbinding. I will also talk about Iran’s so-called Islamic revolution. In February 1979 the Pahlavi dynasty collapsed, and in March Islamic Republic of Iran was established. I will share with you the timeline of this revolution and how the Islamic Republic has put into practice the lessons learned from this revolution to stop any other revolution from getting the needed momentum to erupt. I will also share with you what I consider the true meaning of freedom! Join me every 2nd Tuesday of the month to hear about the reality of life in that part of the world. Want to hear more? Democratic Potential

Hallo - This is Somaye Dehban, a devoted Dutchified Iranian whose life is quite interwoven with politics. Your Native Analyst is a series of my op-eds (opinion-editorials) about how the events in Iran and the Middle East are reflected (or not) in the Western Media. In Episode #4: Democratic Potential, I will be talking about "Understanding". Understanding is the first phase of a model that I have developed over the last couple of years in the domain of personal and organizational transformation and change management or better to say change leadership. I will also talk about the hot topic of Iran's Nuclear Deal - firstly I will tell you about the 2015 Iran Deal and its shortcomings. And then I share with you a glance at Iran's annual budget and its relation to the new Iran deal that has been under negotiations. Pre-Selection (Quarterly)

Hallo - This is Somaye Dehban, a devoted Dutchified Iranian whose life is quite interwoven with politics. Your Native Analyst is a series of my op-eds (opinion-editorials) about how the events in Iran and the Middle East are reflected (or not) in the Western Media. In Episode #3: Pre-Selection you hear about the nature of elections in Iran and how every elected official representative of Iran has been pre-selected by the Supreme Leader. And I provide a summary of topics that were presented in my other podcasts and they are linked to Your Native Analyst. Join me every 2nd Tuesday of the month to hear about the reality of life in that part of the world. Want to hear more? Sign up for my thematic newsletters to get notified about each episode and more. The Mule

Hallo - This is Somaye Dehban, a devoted Dutchified Iranian whose life is quite interwoven with politics. Your Native Analyst is a series of my op-eds (opinion-editorials) about how the events in Iran and the Middle East are reflected (or not) in the Western Media. In Episode #2: The Mule, I talk about the Islamic Republic of Iran’s political system and how complicated and yet straightforward it is. This complicated political system creates a lot of room for the Iran’s government/regime to manipulate not only its own population but also the other governments. I make a comparison between this political system and a mule, which is an inbreed between horse and donkey. And why should we – as the West – keep this characteristic of Iran’s Political System in mind when dealing with Iran’s Islamic Republic? Join me every 2nd Tuesday of the month to hear about the reality of life in that part of the world. Want to hear more? Sign up for my thematic newsletters to get notified about each episode and more. Your Native Analyst is a series of my op-eds (opinion-editorials) about how the events in Iran and the Middle East are reflected (or not) in the Western Media.  In Episode #1: Prologue, I talk about how I got to live in exile after 2009 Iranian Presidential Election, how depiction of Qasim Soleimani in Western Media has been quite misleading, and how as a liberal I follow the Declaration of Human Duties and Responsibilities that was proposed in 1999.  Join me every 2nd Tuesday of the month to hear about the reality of life in that part of the world.  Want to hear more?
