Fake Terry Gross interviews Dave about his cute new children's book

As promised last week, we chat about Dave's newly published children's book Frank the Martian. Elvie is no Terry Gross, but she tried her best as an interviewer. The book is a cute little read that teaches children to accept and be kind to those who look different from them. The illustrations are stunning, and our toddler loves it. Dave chats about how the story came to be (there might have been some mild coercion), the best and the hardest moments getting the book from start to finish. Dispatch from Lisbon

It's been a busy couple of weeks; back-to-back COVID booster shots, Thanksgiving travel, David publishing his book, and our first real vacation in two years. It's made it hard to find time to podcast but we decided to squeeze in one episode while we're on our trip to Lisbon before we return home to kids crawling all over us. We didn't carry our podcasting equipment, so please bear with the sound quality and the revelers at the restaurant outside our hotel.
