Care & Feeding of Werewolves is a dark modern fantasy audio drama. The setting is the real world reflected through a tarnished mirror where the local doctor faces hexes instead of malpractice suits, neighbourhood graffiti consists of magical sigils, and no one is exactly what they seem.

    2.04 Content Warning

    2.04 Content Warning

Content Warning is not a fun episode, but it's necessary.  And based on true events.  As structural discrimination against trans people increases, so will assaults against them.
If someone you know has been sexually assaulted, here's a basic primer on how to handle the situation as well as resources for survivors.

If you are a trans survivor of sexual assault, resources may vary between country and region. Here are a few:

    Australia: Victims Support Services

    UK: Galop

    US and Canada: Translifeline.org

US: The National Sexual Violence Resource Center's directory includes trans-friendly, trans-led, and trans-centric organizations.

Content Warnings: Language, sexual assault, transphobia, and medical professionals with their heads up their own asses

What a great hidden gem

This podcast is absolutely fantastic! The voice acting is phenomenal, as well as the writing and premise of the show. This show deserves many, many listens. There’s a lot of talent here. I can’t wait to see as this wonderful show progresses.

Decent show, could be a little less woke though

This is enjoyable and funny. I know this is a petty gripe but I find some of the random stuff thrown in there just for woke points a little over the top at times and it doesn’t add much to the overall stories. Is adding a content warning for so called “anti vaccine rhetoric” really necessary? Are people really offended by that?

Your New Favorite Supernatural Medical Drama

They say the thing about fey creatures is they view the mundane as magical, and the magical as mundane. This is perfectly captured in this show.

Care & Feeding of Werewolves, or “Carewolves” as I call it. Is a show about an “almost doctor” doing “almost doctor things” on things that are definitely not human.

Equal parts Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Young Adult Modern Fantasy Novels, and your standard medical drama, Carewolves is a love letter to a genre explored often, but rarely built upon in the loving and unique way this show does!
