Scripture: Genesis 29:15–35 In this message: • Leah had marriage without peace • Rachel had affection without peace, so competition arose • Insecurity doesn't stay quiet. It goes looking for validation. This week's challenge, the 7-Day Emotional Safety Plan: 1. The Daily Safety Check: every evening ask, "On a scale of 1 to 10, how emotionally safe do you feel with me today?" Just listen. 2. The Validation Ritual: every morning, tell your spouse one specific thing you appreciate that has nothing to do with performance. 3. The Insecurity Audit: on Friday night, each answer, "Where do I seek validation outside my marriage?" Then share and pray together. The Unified Front Rule: any time a child asks for a decision, answer, "I need to talk to your mother/father first. We'll give you one answer together."
