The Pre Mornin’ Show

If you’re like me, you have no friends. No one to have conversations with. So listening to The Pre Mornin’ Show with Shane and JJ is the closest I can get. Why The Pre Mornin’ Show and not another podcast? Because too many podcasts out there focus on serious topics like politics and culture. Sometimes I just want to sit back and relax. It’s amusing hearing Shane and JJ’s petty complaints about the inconsequential events in their lives. There are occasional moments of semi-seriousness (like when they gave dating advice to some poor, hapless soul), but that’s not the norm. Most of the time they discuss trivialities. Can people share toothbrushes? How can I tell if a Chinese restaurant is any good? In short, The Pre Mornin’ Show doesn’t take itself too seriously. It’s not profound. It’s not penetrating. It’s just plain fun.

If you are looking for a podcast to go along with your morning coffee, energy drink, cigarette or evening glass of wine, this is the show for you!

Zero evidence has been provided to prove that Shane is a full time resident of a house hold. What I’ve gathered is that Shane is a nomad of sorts traveling the country talking to teenage boys trying to convince them to come to Salisbury. Make your own assumptions based on that but it’s hypocritical that he would judge the homeless without grounds of inhabiting a home himself. Is he disguising himself to infiltrate the housed population? Is he a lizard man from beneath the earth? Why does he lure children to Salisbury?

I listen to this podcast to and from my long shifts at the hospital and it puts a smile on my face every time. I look forward to it every week!
