    I want you to understand what I'm saying is you have a choice in how you choose to take information and everything can be changed into a positive. Everything you have in your life is a choice and it's your choice. This is my thoughts this is how I move forward everyday and I know I don't have forever, can I change that. NO! So stop worrying about it.

    Thursday thoughts on life!! You are projecting your emotions on to other people : episode 3 #10

    Where do you find yourself, when you feel bad? You can get very consumed with your feelings, it takes you into the moment and then you can project your feelings on to other people. It's hard to put yourself in other peoples shoes, you can empathise with them but you don't experience their life. So you can never know how they are feeling. With that knowledge, when some is feeling bad and they are having a bad day it might have nothing to do with you when they are projecting their shit on to you. Same goes for you. when you are feeling bad it's not them it's you.

    Monday motivation episode 3: Where do you find positivity when you have no choice but to work?? episode 4 #9

    Do you have no choice but to work? How do you alleviate your pain or the information that you emotions give you! I always find something good in the bad places because there is always good to be found. I think it's hard when you get the draw to negative emotion to not let it consume you when you are feeling miserable so what are you doing to not be in pain!!
