Introducing Sovereignty, Data and Code: Who's in Control? from The Next Five. Follow the show: The Next Five Throughout history, statecraft was defined by borders, battlelines, and territory. In the 20th century, global power shifted to financial capital and energy reserves. Today, with the digital revolution well underway, does real authority now belong to those who control our data and code? And what does sovereignty now mean in a fast changing AI landscape? Back in the day it used to mean keeping data in a local server room. But today, frontier AI models are advancing at pace, some argue at a speed we can’t control and regulatory lines are being redrawn across the world to try and keep up. Governments and boardrooms now face a fundamental question: who’s controlling who? And what can we do about it? Joining host Tom Parker is Charlie Giancarlo, Chairman and CEO of Everpure, Sana Khareghani, Chief Strategy Officer at Era4, Professor of Practice in AI at King’s College London, AI Policy Lead for Responsible AI UK and Former Head of UK Government Office for Artificial Intelligence and Clare Schramm Fergus, Managing Director, Transaction Banking Technology Platforms, Lloyds Banking Group and Board Member of OpenUK. NEVER STOP GROWING

There is no graduation day from becoming more like Christ. You will never know so much that you no longer need Jesus. And you will never be so broken that Jesus cannot continue transforming you. In the final episode of GROWTH: Becoming More Like Christ, we're bringing our entire journey full circle. We started this series asking: Why do some people stop growing? Some believe they already know enough. Others stop believing they can change. One is rooted in pride. The other in hopelessness. But there is another way: To remain humble enough to say, "Lord, teach me." And hopeful enough to say, "Lord, keep changing me." In this finale, we talk about what lifelong spiritual growth actually looks like—including how to recognize growth when you still feel unfinished, why old struggles don't always mean you've gone backward, and practical ways to keep growing long after this series ends. We'll talk about staying close to Jesus, reading Scripture for transformation, remaining teachable, paying attention to our reactions, practicing what God teaches us, reflecting regularly, embracing uncomfortable seasons, surrounding ourselves with growing people, serving others—and intentionally investing in our spiritual, emotional, physical, and personal growth. Because growth doesn't happen simply because time passes. Getting older happens automatically. Growing doesn't. And before we close, I'll invite you to create your own Growth Covenant—a lifelong commitment to never stop becoming more like Christ. 🌱 Final Growth Question: "Jesus, what do You want to grow in me next?" The series may be ending. But your growth isn't. 📖 Philippians 3:12–14 Download the Growth Covenant here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/0tqut3rkgkc4euodx5yxv/My-Growth-Covenant-PDF.pdf?rlkey=kvynbu6xgu862ibvdl7ik6h5j&st=b7w2xn9f&dl=0 Enrolling New Students for a 12-week faith-based journey on transformation to help you heal from the past, align your life with God's purpose, and start living in freedom and fullness—spirit, mind, and body.
