In this episode, Laura shares her journey of transformation; from being bipolar and struggling mentally to finding herself back and being content in her life. She also shares what could help anyone is suffering at moment and break free from their negative maze of thought. In 2017, Laura has been diagnosed with bipolarism and she experienced several traumas in her life. The Three Principles had an incredible positive impact on her and the beginning of profound transformation. She had a faith conversion but she remains extremely thankful to this understanding that still helps her to deal with rising thoughts. She is able to live a normal life without using any medication.
