    The Language of Lowriding w/Dionicio Garcia and Eugene "Spanks" Hernandez

    Dionicio "Dino" Garcia is a member of Frisco's Finest Car Club, and a community college counselor. Eugene "Spanks" Hernandez is President of the Imperials Car Club, and he is a retired administrator from the Los Angeles Unified School District. They were kind enough to come through and talk to me about the "language" of lowriding, and building cultural fluency in the process.
