Great talks with some different views
I’ve been listening to Holy Health for a couple months now and I’m really enjoying where it’s going. Mitch & Amanda don’t always agree on the same aspects of health and wellness and it’s refreshing! They both are super authentic and live in their truth together. Looking forward to hearing more from this power couple in health and all the things! Give them a listen, but set aside some time, the podcasts are usually over an hour. I will listen when I go on walks and usually have to break it into two parts— but it’s worth it. 🙏🏼
