    Pastor Tony and Edie Buchanan share their story of faithfulness, endurance, ministry, and love on this episode of the Dynamic Marriage Uncovered Podcast. Tony grew up in Ringgold, Georgia, surrendered to Jesus at 16, and served 15 years in the U.S. Air Force. While stationed at Keesler Air Force Base in 1986, he met Edie, and they married the following year, beginning a journey of ministry, marriage, sacrifice, and commitment. In this episode, they discuss decades of pastoral work, raising a family, and navigating life's transitions together. Tony, who surrendered to preach in 1996, left the military in 1999 and pastored four churches before retiring from Manley Baptist Church in 2024. A graduate of Southeastern and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminaries with a Master of Divinity, he is passionate about building disciples through preaching, teaching, and encouragement. Tony and Edie offer wisdom, humor, honesty, and hope to couples facing cancer, marital difficulties, ministry overload, and life's challenges.     Andy and Laura Sink have been married for thirty-two years and live in Birmingham, Alabama. They have three adult children and one grandson, and are active members of Redeemer Community Church where they are leaders in marriage ministry. They are extremely passionate about helping married couples, and together they have been been facilitators of the Dynamic Marriage curriculum since 2012. Andy serves on several local charitable boards including Restoration Academy while Laura is active in several local women's ministries and involved in a non-profit medical foundation. Andy and Laura's mission is not only to live their life fully, but to also be a witness to other couples of what a convenant marriage looks like.     37. The Passion of Avon & Valorie

    Avon and Valorie Banks have devoted over thirty years to serving God's people, focusing on strengthening marriages and families. Both are U.S. Army veterans and became certified marriage facilitators in 2006. They founded a Marriage Ministry that utilizes Christ-centered teachings, coaching, and retreats to assist hundreds of couples in building healthier marriages. The Banks have been recognized with various credentials, including being ordained ministers (Avon becoming an ordained bishop in 2018). They lead a non-profit organization, host a weekly television show called "Bank on Love," and produce podcasts and online content about marriage. Celebrating their 31st wedding anniversary last November, they have a blended family with six adult children and twelve grandchildren.

    33. Veterans of Marriage Dynamic Institute (Philip & Jan Nichols)

    Philip and Jan Nichols have been leading Dynamic Marriage classes since 1997. Their passion for mentoring and teaching couples to be healthy and thriving is the very core of their lives as Master Facilitators. Both Philip and Jan hail from Texas, finding their way to Lubbock Christian College in the years 1972-1977. Philip served church families in Alvin, Dallas and Lewisville, retiring from Garden Ridge Church of Christ in Lewisville after forty-one years. Jan worked in a variety of jobs but always supporting her husband in whatever way needed while working with women's ministries along the way. They have two beautiful daughters and five precious grandchildren.
