Humankind's relationship to the natural world is as diverse and dynamic as each individual plant, animal, mineral, and piece of geography. There are many ways that we can engage with our living planet, be it through herbalism, gardening, hiking and other explorations, meditation and observation, and even artistic expressions. She is the director of The Wild Temple School of Yoga + Herbal Wisdom and the lead teacher of our Tantra Yoga Therapy program, a 500hr RYT (registered yoga/radical yoga teacher) training program, called The Sage Apprenticeship. 🍃An initiate of the Himalayan Sages, her passion is to connect people to nature and ancient tantric wisdom for health, empowerment and the courage to live life fully. As a "dharma igniter," she helps people, families and organizations step into their highest, healthiest, most powerful version of themselves. 🍃Brooke’s dedication to yoga and the healing arts has been cultivated with over 20 years of experience in tantra, yoga, ayurveda, herbalism, vitalism, vibrational healing (flower essences, homeopathy, Tibetan energy healing) and holistic woman care as well as cultivating the art of self-care while traveling internationally.
