After witnessing chaos on an Epic panel, I started questioning how we’re managing our spaces, protecting our energy, honoring our agreements, and building the communities we keep saying we want. NOW CAN WE HANDLE THEM? 🔥 TODAY WE’RE GETTING CRACK’D OPEN ABOUT: 🎤 PANEL ETIQUETTE: Epic, Bigo, hosting responsibilities, muting, boundaries, and respecting somebody else’s room. 💔 BROKEN AGREEMENTS & RECIPROCITY: Stop telling people you love them while giving them scraps and expecting them to keep pouring. 🧠 EMOTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Your pain is real, but does that give you permission to unload it onto everybody else? 🙏 1 KINGS 19:1–18: Elijah, exhaustion, God’s gentle whisper, and the importance of silence and solitude. 💛 SOLITUDE VS. ISOLATION: Are you stepping away to find clarity, or are you hiding because you’ve been hurt? 🏆 THE COST OF DISTRACTION: When chaos causes us to lose focus, opportunities, financial support, relationships, and progress. 🤝 COMMUNITY & ACCOUNTABILITY: Grace doesn’t mean unlimited access, and loyalty doesn’t mean controlling who somebody else associates with. 🌱 BUILDING A FOUNDATION: Before chasing Epic Pro, Live Pro, podiums, diamonds, beans, trophies, or the next level, what’s happening within YOU? This isn’t about attacking anybody. This is about recognizing our patterns, taking accountability, finding solutions, and learning how to create spaces where people can genuinely grow.
