Shadow Work: The Missing Link to Sustainable Fitness Goals

There comes a point in every practitioners career, where you realize that more needs to be focused on with your client/patient than just nutrition, supplements and training. Developing as a coach is about more than just knowledge of your craft. It's also about guiding people to their goals. So understanding what that takes can make all the difference in your business and your clients life. Enter Shadow Work! What is it? Many might say it's focusing on the parts of you that would normally be considered unfavorable. But it is actually a 5 STEP process to unpack limiting beliefs and other patterns that keep you stuck in life ( and in body composition) But as practitioners I always say, before you do things with clients... you need to try it first! This means looking inward and setting boundaries. What you may notice is holding on to less emotional weight, which can lead to less physical weight.  In this episode of The Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Podcast, host Ken Sylvan speaks with Stephanie Sibbio ( certified holistic nutritionist, kinesiologist) about Shadow Work...and how its a vital part of any clients fitness journey.IG- @glowingmamafitwww.glowingmama.com   This episode is hosted by Ken SylvanKeep the conversation going with us over on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/transformationmentorship/ Interested in becoming certified as a Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Practitioner? What are Peptides?

There is always a way. Something my parents taught me. I remember the first time I read about peptides. I had been struggling with a soft tissue injury and treatment wasn't helping. I read about a magical substance to drastically improve healing. Enter peptides. :What are they? A compound made of at least 2 amino acids linked together. Peptides exude different things in the body. Some of them like BPC-157 can repair not even tendons, muscle, teeth or bone. But also intestines. BPC-157 is stable in human gastric juice and helps repair both the upper and lower GI tract. This can be taken orally, intramuscularly or sub cutaneous. LL-37 is an anti-microbial peptide that can improve gut recovery from microbe overgrowth. There are even peptides like Semax that can help with hours of focus and concentration. Without disrupting sleep like caffeine or affecting the nervous system negatively. Peptides have an amazing specificity for its target, with a short half life. Meaning very little organ or tissue build and side effects.   In this episode of The Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Podcast, host Ken Sylvan talks with Dr. Calvin Ng about peptides. How they are important ways to help your clients/patients repair and improve health challenges.IG- @drcalvinng   This episode is hosted by Ken SylvanKeep the conversation going with us over on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/transformationmentorship/ Interested in becoming certified as a Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Practitioner? Why Your Clients Testosterone is Low..and How To Get It Back. Without TRT.

It's been said that 30 year old men today have testosterone levels of their grandfathers from the 1970s. I am not sure how accurate that is. But definitely more men are suffering from less than ideal levels of testosterone. This can show up as your male clients feeling unmotivated, chronically tired, unable to lose body fat. Especially in the pec and tricep region. Low sex drive and serious mood shifts. But why not just hop on TRT. With more and more companies popping up that assess and then deliver to your door. There is absolutely nothing wrong with TRT. But lets make sure we have done EVERYTHING first. It will only allow it to work better with less of a dose needed. Drew Derby ( registered holistic nutritionist, strength coach, posturologist and much more) breaks down more than just supplements to take. But why your clients may be struggling. As well as step by step how to rebuild the body for testosterone to rise again. He also comes with the approach of GET TO THE ROOT. Give the body what it needs. Not just what is trending.  In this episode of The Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Podcast, host Ken Sylvan interviews Drew Derby (owner of World Class Health & Performance). On this episode they discuss why your clients testosterone is low.. and how to get it back without TRT.IG- @fitparent_formula This episode is hosted by Ken Sylvan Keep the conversation going with us over on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/transformationmentorship/ Interested in becoming certified as a Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Practitioner?Learn more - https://www.transformationmentorship.ca/

    How Cosmetics Affect Your Hormones

The cosmetic industry is a multi billion dollar industry!! When the difference in one ingredient can shift the profit margins way up, many companies have chosen the dollar over the health of the consumer. Many of your clients are wearing cosmetics of some sort. On the same page are clients suffering from painful cycles, poor skin issues, or even just not being able to change their bodies in the way they want. The issue is the lack of connection with what goes on the skin and what ends up in the body. Much of your cosmetics may cover up blemishes or make your skin tone more vibrant. But how many of them do that in a way that toxify your liver, gut and lymphatic system? How many of them are sourced from places carefully. While helping the natives of that place? Finding a cosmetic company that is delivering a product that is good for both you and the environment it is creating it from is RARE. Enter Seeb Organics. Bridging ancient alchemy of IRAN, AFRICA MIDDLE EAST with science of modern times. Using technology like ozination and sound frequency to affect the particles in the oil and water in their products. Looking at what is in the soil, as that affects the quality of the products that you put on your skin!  In this episode of The Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Podcast, host Ken Sylvan interviews Hanna Yeganeh (founder, formulator and CEO of Seeb Organics). On this episode they discuss How Cosmetics Can Affect Your Hormones.IG- @seeborganics This episode is hosted by Ken SylvanKeep the conversation going with us over on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/transformationmentorship/ Interested in becoming certified as a Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Practitioner?Learn more - https://www.transformationmentorship.ca/
