    The Last Episode: Endings and Beginnings

    I woke up this morning, having no idea that two hours later I would receive a strong knowing that The Missing Peace was ready to end. So here we are. Thankyou to everyone who has listened, supported or been a guest on the show. It has been a beautiful journey and I still hold The Missing Peace close to my heart. It has been integral to my healing journey and I hope that you have gained value from it in some way, shape or form.     2024 Check in+a permission slip to not have any New Years goals right now

    Feeling the pressure to have some NY resolutions or goals right now but currently there is…nada going on in your brain? And then feeling like you’re a waster for not having a plan for 2025? Same.
