I'm trying to niche down and this podcast is who I truly am. I'm so tired of Cookie Cutter ideas and streamlined processes. We are humans that weren't meant to process life this way. No need for a huge audience, I'm looking for deep thinkers that want to roll up their metaphorical sleeves, get deep and dirty and uncover the treasure that is their greatness. It's been covered up with shallow living tectonic plates that will be uncovered by an emotional and turbulent metaphorical earthquake that will drive change from the core like ripples in the water that slowly, but assuredly move outward.

    Fractured and Beautiful

Ideas and thoughts caught before an on the spot poem was created and recorded in real time. A little praying for the creative side for me. Feelings, thoughts and processes and maybe something here will unlock your greatness and you will be willing to share it with us, so that we may unify and come together on creative ground rooting for growth and expanded knowledge.

The Fish Hook of Perspective & The 30-Second Choice

"Once you say one thing, you can’t take it back. It’s like a fishing line... that fish is coming back with you whether you want it or not." In this unfiltered episode, Host Tami Michelle Barrera takes us on a walk down the Beautistake Boardwalk to explore the "Material Truths" of a life lived out loud. From the high-pressure floors of a fulfillment center to the quiet moments behind a camera lens, Tami sifts through the "fish hooks" of our words and the perspectives that either unify or divide us. In this episode, we dive into: The "Gods of Drama": Recognizing when we’ve been operating out of anger and how to pivot toward a "Sanctuary of Peace." The 30-Second Rule: How the most "heinous" mistakes or the most beautiful connections happen in the blink of an eye—and how to monitor your own heart in that space. Clarity vs. Vision: Why your unique perspective isn't about making the world "better," but about bringing clarity to the greatness that is already there. The Sovereign Responsibility: Realizing that once our words leave our mouths, they belong to the world—and choosing to speak in love rather than "dumping our garbage." Join Tami as she reminds us that we are all pieces of a larger puzzle, and that our only job is to live with Dignity over Discovery, moving toward the "Seafoam" of our own authenticity.
