    In the Intro, Steve and Jeremie mentioned that at GiANT we do a role clarity exercise every summer.     #028 The Power of Healthy People

    Episode Highlights, Links and Resources: In the introduction, Jeremie  mentions there is a need for re-establishing base communication and relational trust. Having Sherpas in the organization is the key. As a Sherpa goes, so goes the team. As a team goes, so goes the organization. If you want to fix your culture, it will take a minimum of three years to put the systems in place. Once you do, though, it will last you 10+ years. You'll create a culture of empowerment instead of just compliance. Our guest this episode is Ryan Mayfield. He is a Guardian/Nurturer who has learned so much about himself through the 5 Voices.     #027 Live Out What You're Selling

The culture within an organization needs to be living out their values.  In other words, LIVE what you're selling! So, if you are leading an organization, "What are you selling to your employees?" It's not a one-and done. It must be an on-going living out of your values. Guides are independent leadership coaches who are certified in the GiANT content. Catalysts are individuals within companies who become certified  in the GiANT content in order to train employees.     #023 Change Within

Steve mentioned that the primary responsibility of a leader is to set direction and cast Vision. She responded that people are tired of the conflict in the world. It's an important time for leaders to become healthy. There is an urgency around getting healthy and staying healthy. Leaders must think for themselves, own their point of view and be proactive in leadership. She sees the importance of helping leaders focus on what really matters from a sense of peace.  People don't have reserves yet, so if they are going to be able to function they have to work to get healthy.
