Putting Porn in the Rearview Mirror with Frank Rich

Frank Rich was first exposed to pornography at just six years old after discovering explicit material in his home. Though he went on to achieve success as an entrepreneur, bodybuilder, and health coach, he remained trapped in a cycle of pornography and shame for years. Everything began to change when other men helped him step into honesty, confront the deeper roots of his struggle, and rediscover his identity in Christ. Now, through his Rebuilt Recovery ministry and The Super Human Life podcast, Frank helps men break free from pornography and rebuild their lives with clarity, purpose, and freedom. In this conversation, Frank joins Nate Dewberry to share his story of struggle and redemption, the role brotherhood played in his healing, why many men remain stuck in silence, and how identity-based transformation offers a path to lasting freedom. This episode is an honest and hope-filled reminder that no man is beyond redemption, and freedom is possible. Just Because You’re Tired Doesn’t Mean You’ve Failed, with Zach Meerkreebs

Now a writer in metro Nashville, Tennessee, Aaron has written a book, Faith Simplified, to help both new and seasoned Christ followers answer questions about their faith and find truly meaningful ways to express it. This week, he sits down with Nate Dewberry to talk about present and future writing projects, early conflicts and struggles on his spiritual journey, and how life is changing now that he’s sent the first of his three kids off to college.
