She’s a blackbelt in lean six sigma and works within the Improvement, Innovation, and Effectiveness Team.   Neil Jones is the Service Lead for the North Urgent Treatment Centres at Derbyshire Community Health Services. Suzanne Henderson is the Programme Manager for AMaT. She was previously the project manager in the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Trust.
