    Elizabeth Grace Saunders

    Loved talking to Elizabeth Grace Saunders for a half hour!  I came across her in a Harvard Business Review class, and loved her book Divine Time Management.  Enjoyed talking about her time-management endeavours and how they fit with her Christian faith.  How her time management business started by interests, as well as her interests outside of work such as swimming.  We conclude with some very heartwarming news!  Here's her bio from her website, reallifee.com Elizabeth Grace Saunders is the founder and CEO of Real Life E® a time management coaching company that empowers individuals who feel guilty, overwhelmed and frustrated to feel peaceful, confident and accomplished.     Kathryn Kevorkian

    Kathryn Kevorkian is a massage therapist and owner of starmassages.net.  The daughter of two chiropractors she shares what she learned from them and what makes her unique as a massage therapist, often viewing the human body as a puzzle to provide the best session possible for her clients. From her website:  Kathryn graduated in 2014 from the Institute of Massage Therapy in Watertown, Massachusetts.  Achievements Kathryn participated in the first American massage competition at the World of Massage Festival in Cherokee, NC (2022). She showcased her skills and knowledge in both Western Table Massage along with Chair Massage. She became a gold medalist in the Chair Massage competition amongst other esteemed therapists.  Why Massage? Kathryn is the daughter of two chiropractor parents. Growing up, Kathryn was around the structural integration of the body and she was fascinated by the body through her mother reading anatomy books to her and her brother just to get them to bed.  She was discouraged to go to chiropractic school through various situations and found herself on the path on the synergistic path of massage therapy . She loves that the body is one large puzzle, and she enjoys solving puzzles while helping people.
