Sharing the highs and lows of his 3rd Olympic Games including that devastating injury in the Team Pursuit to that special moment, cheering his team mate Campbell Stewart on to Silver in the Omnium. Aaron talks surgery, winning silver at the World Champs six weeks later, his family life in Girona and his intentions for Paris 2024.  Join us for a great yarn with Gatey and a special guest appearance from Axel.

As captain of the Black Ferns sevens team, she has built a reputation as an outstanding leader, hard-working forward and humble character. Sarah led New Zealand to Gold at the Tokyo Olympics, following a remarkably successful five year campaign. In today's episode Sarah reflects back on Tokyo, her favourite moments and untold memories of the Games.
