I enjoy this podcast as a woman and a mother. Christine is really good at tapping into cutting edge info for health and beauty. She talks about things on here that are taboo for many health and fitness people who like to pretend they have everything perfectly together. Christine keeps it real and that’s why I love her!

I love the variety of viewpoints you bring to the show! I love that it is focused on wholistic health. The biggest eye opener has been realizing what may be good and healthy for one person may not be for another.
