When Sight Becomes the Enemy of Vision

What if what you see is keeping you from seeing what God has shown you? In this episode of Fellowship of Kingdom Professionals, Michael Blue is joined by Dr. Reddgo. Long Jr. and Dr. Sylvia Long for a powerful conversation about vision, spiritual discernment, and purpose-driven leadership. Together, they explore why vision determines direction, how insight, hindsight, and foresight work together, and why leaders must guard against the pride of presumed strength. This discussion moves beyond traditional vision statements to examine the inner vision required to follow God in ministry, the marketplace, civic leadership, and everyday life. You will learn why sight can become the enemy of vision, how discernment can be cultivated through Scripture, the Holy Spirit, wise relationships, and experience, and why discernment should never be turned off when you leave the church. God does not want you to live blind. He is able to sharpen your perception so that you can recognize His will, steward your strengths, and lead with wisdom beyond what is immediately visible.  New podcast episodes are available every Monday wherever you listen to podcasts. 🔗 Join the Conversation: Connect with other Kingdom-minded professionals in the FKP Facebook Group 📱 Follow Bishop Michael A. Why Discipleship Produces Greatness

Leadership. Excellence. Influence. Success. Are these simply career goals, or are they the fruit of biblical discipleship?  In this concluding conversation, Michael Blue and Bishop Marcus Benjamin explore why discipleship is God's strategy for producing greatness—not merely spiritual maturity. They challenge the false divide between ministry and the marketplace, showing that every honorable profession belongs to God and that Kingdom ethics are the foundation of true professionalism. Discover why Jesus called believers to the narrow way, how difficulty becomes the pathway to influence, and why it is possible to do the King's business without knowing the King—or to know the King without understanding His business. If you desire to lead with integrity, steward your calling well, and influence culture for the Kingdom of God, this conversation will challenge the way you think about work, success, and discipleship. Bringing Gardens Out of Jungles

What did Jesus mean when He commanded His disciples to baptize the nations? In this thought-provoking conversation, Michael Blue and Marcus Benjamin explore the relationship between the cultural mandate, the Great Commission, and the lifelong process of Kingdom immersion. Far beyond a single event, baptism represents continual immersion into the mind, message, and nature of God. Discover how Jesus, the Genius of Genesis, empowers believers to bring order out of chaos, cultivate gardens in the midst of jungles, and extend His Kingdom into every sphere of life. If disciples are made by immersion rather than information alone, then every believer is called to think differently, lead differently, and steward culture according to the principles and practices of the King and His Kingdom. The Babylonian Soundtrack

Culture is never neutral. In this powerful continuation of the "Challenges with Images" series, Michael Blue explores how entertainment, music, media, and modern culture shape identity, values, and spiritual allegiance. Drawing from Daniel 1 and Daniel 3, this episode reveals how Babylon used images, sound, and social pressure to demand conformity, and how the same battle continues today. This conversation examines the hidden agendas behind cultural messaging, the spiritual power of creative expression, and the danger of allowing society to define success, identity, family, beauty, and fulfillment. Don't Internalize Babylon

In this episode of Fellowship of Kingdom Professionals, Michael Blue continues to explore the story of Daniel and the Hebrew captives in Babylon to reveal the spiritual battle over identity, self-image, and purpose. What happens when culture tries to rename you, redefine you, and pressure you to conform? Drawing from Daniel chapter 1, this powerful teaching examines identity confusion, spiritual warfare, trauma, conviction, and the challenge of remaining faithful in a corrupt culture. Bishop Blue reminds Kingdom professionals that what happened to you does not define you and that your identity begins with being created in the image of God.  If you have ever struggled with shame, insecurity, cultural pressure, or confusion about who you are, this episode offers biblical wisdom, healing, and clarity for maintaining conviction in modern Babylon.
