    Take a sip

    How many times a day do we reach for a drink without even thinking about it? Whether it's coffee, water, tea, or something refreshing, we take sip after sip to stay filled up throughout the day.In this episode, I share a simple thought that challenged me: if I'm intentional about staying refreshed physically, am I being intentional about staying refreshed spiritually?Join me as we talk about what it looks like to take small, consistent "sips" from God throughout the day instead of waiting until we're running on empty.
