    How being “Unheard” triggered abandonment issues and painting through the pain- My Miscarriage Story

    To be honest, I’ve been meaning to talk about my “miscarriage story” since 2020. I just couldn’t figure out how I wanted to approach this topic and most importantly my experience.     I've missed you guys! Join me in this episode as I recap these past few months to tell you where I've been and what I've been up too! I took a few months away from podcasting to reflect and figure out if I wanted to continue creating this content. I became doubtful and intentionally uncreative to protect and validate opinions of those who don't have my best interest at heart. So now I say F*** THEM! I'M BACK AND BETTER! I had to remember "Why I started" in the first place..I created this space for me to vulnerable and safe. REGARDLESS if it exposes my truth and the parties involved.
