    KENDRICK LAMAR | S1E7

Kendrick Lamar is a polarizing figure and often his music can be just as polarizing. However, when Josiah and Nate listened to his new album "Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers" there was a great appeciation for his talent and his brutal honest. WE NOT ME | S1E6

What are WE about? Often, especially in today's world it is all about the sole individual and about ME. Josiah and Nate take a look into the Rams locker room and many other organizations and teams that focus on the idea of WE. When it comes to collaboration it is crucial that we are about coming together and more willing to put the TEAM first. Does this mean that there will be no disagreements? Or that it will always be easy? No, of course not but the Church must lead the charge of coming together so that we can love the WORLD. ARE YOU HUMAN? | S1E5

Josiah and Nate ask the question: "Do we allow ourselves to be human?" God made us with real emotions and to be truly human. Perfection is not what we are called to and we are always growing and journeying through the process but do we allow ourselves to do so? As leaders often we can set the people we lead up for failure if we don't give them a path to win, lose and everything in between. So, the question is: Are you human?
