    Have you ever felt guilty about getting yourself those lovely shoes? or maybe felt insecure about yourself because of what you saw on social media. Even when you don’t feel like the greatest person sometimes hugging yourself is enough to remind you that it’s ok. Taking care of ourselves, loving ourselves and most importantly accepting ourselves for who we are regarded of how flawed we are should be taken very seriously after all how can we change our environment or situations for the better if we can’t do the same for ourselves.
