What begins as a private conversation quickly becomes an urgent investigation as strange questions emerge without comforting answers. Some secrets cannot be shared with the council, while some discoveries are too dangerous to reveal. And sometimes the greatest threat isn’t what you’ve seen; it’s what you haven’t understood yet.© 2025–2026 Heather McMillan. All rights reserved.
