    This week’s episode of Life Actually is a chatty one!! It's also a very good one, if I do say so myself. After being struck down with the lurgy the last few weeks, ya girl is back and she’s better than ever.  My Saturn is returning, Mercury has been in retrograde, the Vitamin C is low (the Doctor has prescribed me a holiday x ) and I've had a few mini-meltdowns but out of all that, my 30 before 30 list was born. It feels really great to feel like I have a purpose again (other than trying to do a handstand, obvs.) Let me know what you think of my list - and share what's on yours!     68. An oops is better than a what if

    In this week's episode, I'm talking all about why it's better to do the things, make mistakes and learn from them (it's scientific data hello!!!) than it is to never take the action and always wonder 'what if'. Wouldn't you rather be uncomfortable for a little than unsatisfied for life? I know I would. I also chat about my newest (and only) five star read, My Friends by Fredrik Backman. This is the most beautiful book I've ever read and had me in genuine convulsive tears on Thursday night at 11PM when I finished it lol. Not sad tears though, beautiful ones!!!     Well well well, I'm back after an accidental 7 month hiatus. And what have I been up to in these months? Give a listen to today's episode to find out!
