    BY THE SKIN OF OUR TEETH

    Lizz's world is on fire with no childcare this week, but the pod must go on. Good thing there is the live action "Aladdin" movie to keep the kids entertained. According the Kelly and Lizz, those Disney live action movies are underrated. Kelly has been busy doing car consultations all over the country, this week in Chicago and next week in Ft. Lauderdale. But she's making time to do a little celebration. First, it is her 9 year wedding anniversary. Does this officially qualify them to give out marriage advice? Then, it's time for the long talked about Hot Dog Roast! They still haven't done a full head count but this is shaping up to be a BIG party!  Since it's Friday, you know that means it's time for a 'Dancing with the Stars' recap! Did the right person go home? In Industry news, it's all about vehicle affordability and GM deciding to keep Apple Play in their cars after all. Then in Ditch the Drive-Thru it's all about simple supper season and they reveal the Steptember winner.  It's October and National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, which means the return of Blake's Besties.     PORK DUMPLINGS AND VICTORIA'S SECRET

    Another new micro-hobby is upon us! Kelly has a large amount of ground pork to go through and she is determined to perfect a pork dumpling. Lizz is working on her own kind of micro-hobby and time-maxxing her show by cleaning her makeup brushes simultaneously. Also, who is wearing underwear with giant Victoria's Secret logos on them?     DO YOU FEEL YOUNG?

    A lot of things to talk about on the pod today after a packed weekend with two birthdays. Mom and Sloan's birthday celebrations had very different yet very appropriate vibes. Kelly isn't stopping as she is currently planning a fall party. In her spare time she is cleaning out her closet and her pantry! Fall is here, which means it's time for football and 'Dancing with the Stars.' To put it mildly, Kelly and Lizz are thriving. Plus, it's about appropriate time for those Halloween decorations to come out. Before October 1st should be a crime. Speaking of Halloween, George is already working on his costume and it might not be school appropriate...  In Industry News, a shout out to Uncle Bill who passed away last week and was memorialized with a lovely obituary. He was a legend in the local car scene and a major reason their family is in the industry today.     GOT OUR DUCTS IN A ROW

    How is Lizz sleeping with the new baby? "Fine." But the real issue is all the laundry that baby #3 brings with her. Unlike Kelly, laundry is her least favorite task and with three kids now it seems to be never ending. But the laundry pile might need to take a break as the website launch day is here! Lizz got Sloan a cheerleader outfit and revealed just how much she and Kelly wanted to be a part of the pom-pom squad when they were kids. Kelly is getting ready for football season with some new Detroit Tigers gear. Plus, does she need to report a bad seller to Ebay?  Then it's a big day in Industry News as the IIHS finally give their results after testing the Kia Telluride and Hyundai Palisade.     SUMMER IS SO OVER

    Lizz and Elise are BACK on the podcast and Kelly is SO happy about it! You would think they talk all the time, but in reality the podcast is really the only time the two sisters get to chat.
