    Gotcha Day

Hey now! In the 130th episode, we have a BIG show! It's Sawyer's "Gotcha Day" and Tyler announces he's off the Browns fan train. A Cowboys defender gets his own boys punctured by a cleat, which prompts the fellas to rehash which hurts worse: a kick to the family jewels or childbirth. Jeremiah Smith sets his first receiving record as we continue to witness history, but are we satisfied with individual records or do we want to celebrate team success? USC is classless and Iowa does God's work in Ann Arbor. Tyler and Bru discuss the positives from the Illinois game and Bru offers a warning for the rest of the season surrounding this defense and their chunky-ness.

    A Long Night

Comin' atcha! In the 129th episode, the Buckeye Guys try to process the OSU collapse through perspective lenses. Bru pays tribute to the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and fears we actually have forgotten. Tyler and Bru cried watching Jim Tressel get enshrined, Bru makes a pact to not drink and we take just one second to talk about the debacle in Ann Arbor. The Buckeye Guys discuss OSU getting conservative with a lead, how Tyler contributed to the loss and Bru and Schepp highlight the historically bad firsts that were set Saturday night. Ryan Day talked himself into a close game and by not letting Texas score, it taught us the magic is gone with the defense. Bru is tired of the hype and talk and we play a game of "Would You Rather?" featuring Coach Day and Urban Meyer.

    Boys of Fall

Hey now! In the 128th episode, Schepp is back! He's bought a house, Bru turns 38 and Tyler is drying out and cooling off. We provide a "Tiny Tallywhacker" update, celebrate the anniversary of App State's memorable upset over Michigan and explain how 2 beers wrecked a weeknight and a nap ruined Bru's weekend. And it's time for college football season! The Buckeye Guys talk about oversaturation and the state of college athletics before Bru claims he's selfishly rooting for Jeremiah Smith to just be mediocre. We take a deep dive into the OSU receiving record books as we await them all to be broken and talk about the Buckeyes' tough schedule as we make our 2026 record predictions.

    Meet Your Heroes

Comin' atcha! In the 127th episode, Bru and Tyler are pumped for Schepp's upcoming return, but are sick of the recent Ohio storms. Tyler went to his local tomato festival, while Bru felt like Bill Burr in church. Bru's annual annoyance around back to school photos has returned and suggests all cars should have govenors. A North Carolina man got the short end of the stick, but has raised enough money to go from "World's Smallest" to full on cheese wheel. As the Buckeyes start fall camp, the fellas discuss the skill positions and the next group of defensive stars, and Bru got to meet his radio hero, Paul Keels. And we crown a champion in our summer series finale, as we enjoy some MACtion.

    Combative and Aggressive

Hey now! In the 126th episode, Bru's cat and Tyler are both feeling combative and aggressive. Bru has fallen in love... with Braves baseball on the radio in 2026. Tyler has enjoyed both the Savannah Bananas and Cosmic baseball this summer, which prompted Bru to wonder which creator was on more drugs. Bru experiences the millionaire treatment at an autograph signing, Tyler wants to name BYU’s stadium and we discuss a disliked Buckeye's possible return to the Woody. And we are still celebrating Wallace Wade, as we learn about an illegal act in Alabama before traveling to the Big 12 in this week's “Summer Schools, Summer Cities” installment.

    Explosive Bison Fires

Comin’ atcha! In the 125th episode, we have a special, one-time open. Bru feels justified after the Yellowstone bison attack and feels Canada is just being rude with their wildfires. Tyler and Bru share their experiences with explosive diarrhea before discussing toilet seat technology. An autograph signing gets a former NFL running back arrested and an MLB hitter unfortunately reminds everyone to wear a cup. According to Bru, golf success is tied to marital and parental status and we share our favorite people groups who curse. Finally, our summer series takes us not only to the ACC, but we enjoy an all-time moment while discovering a legend.

    What Did They Do Wrong?

Hey now! In the 124th episode, we learn that Tyler can’t let go and gets reflective on patriotic holidays, while Bru doesn’t understand the hype around parades and fireworks. A 63-year old lady dies while hiking in Hocking Hills and a man is suing Waffle House over seasonal window advertisements. The US got smoked by Belgium in the World Cup and Tyler and Bru gently remind people that it’s hot during the summer. Finally, our summer school series takes us through the SEC this week.

  8. Jun 26

    Ink, Pen, Paper

Comin’ atcha! In the 123rd episode, Tyler celebrated Father’s Day with the Bananas, Bru remembers the Holy Grail and for some, last weekend was a trifecta. In the spirit of, “If it’s funny, laugh”, Bru shares his assessment and mindset around his bloodwork results. A Knicks couple finally gets married at the parade, a Tesla crashes into a pool and Bru has anxiety about his contacts list. Dusty May Does Dallas and Phil Steele picks his Buckeyes bests. And we begin a new summer series with Jeff Elston as the challenger.
