About Fieldhouse Paige Farmakis Britt was born and raised in Chatham, New Jersey, in a family of athletes and avid sports fans. Her father competed collegiately at Williams, and Paige grew up playing lacrosse and soccer alongside her older brother and younger sister, who also went on to play at Stanford. A graduate of Chatham High School (2008) and Stanford University (2012), Paige had a decorated lacrosse career, earning conference, state, and All-American recognition. At Chatham, she helped lead a landmark senior season that culminated in conference, county, sectional, and state championships, as well as the program’s first Tournament of Champions final. She continued competing at Stanford as a Division I athlete, becoming an immediate contributor as a freshman and a key member of the Cardinal defense throughout her collegiate career. Paige graduated in 2012 with a degree in Science, Technology and Society. After Stanford, Paige began her career in finance and technology before moving into entrepreneurship and startups, where she has spent the past decade helping build and grow emerging businesses. She has remained closely connected to lacrosse, coaching Summit’s seventh-grade girls program for the past several years. Paige lives in Summit, New Jersey, with her husband, a former Middlebury lacrosse player who now works for the New York Yankees, their two boys, ages five and two, and their energetic goldendoodle. With deep ties to collegiate and professional athletics, sports remain a central part of their family life. Kim Connors Lecky grew up in St. Davids, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia, where her passion for athletics took root early. A graduate of Radnor High School (Class of 2002), Kim was a standout multi-sport athlete, earning three state championships in lacrosse and one in soccer. Kim went on to play lacrosse at the University of Virginia (Class of 2006), where she had a decorated collegiate career. She was a two-time All-American (2005 & 2006), earned All-ACC honors in both 2005 and 2006, and was part of two ACC Championship teams (2004 & 2006). Her teams reached the National Championship Final in 2003 and 2005 and captured the National Championship title in 2004. She also represented her country as a member of the US Lacrosse Developmental Team from 2003 to 2004. After college, Kim spent a decade in the financial services industry before channeling her lifelong love of the game into building lacrosse communities. She is the Co-Founder of Hilltopper Lacrosse, a recreational lacrosse program in Summit, NJ. Additionally, she serves as the Alumni Engagement Officer for Virginia Lacrosse Network and is a member of the Virginia Women's Lacrosse Advisory Council. Kim and her husband Rob — a fellow lacrosse and golf enthusiast who played at Dickinson University — are proud parents of three active kids: Connor (11), Cayley (9) and Callan (7) and their beloved black Labrador Retriever, Riggins. When she's not on a sports sideline cheering on her kids, you can find Kim working out, playing paddle and golf, hitting the ski slopes or planning her next travel adventure. At home she enjoys collecting ginger jars, tablescaping, listening to music and unwinding with a glass of wine. About R. Seelaus & Co., Inc. R.
