I guide live canna-meditations on Zoom through the Love Culture Platform. It's a classic Sunday Circle style meditation, which can be outlined as this :  I invite you to move a little bit in the beginningThen breathe consciouslyI'll bless the space and the medicine if you choose to consumeWe will breathe and witness the medicine activate in the bodyWe will Breathe / do a little breathing pattern for a few minutesI'll invite you to lay down or get more comfortableI will guide you through a Body Scan Appreciation VisualizationWe will be in stillness / your own personal wisdom intakeI'll slowly invite you backWe will close with a card pull.  As always, my meditations are donation based with a suggested $5-25 donation. The Meditation is about 1 hour and 15 minutes long, and you can play it as many times as you like! Please share with someone who may be interested in Cannabis Meditation.
