This is the Whistling Podcast. It's not about sports, nor about reporting corruption and vice. It's not about trying to pick up chicks nor an obsession with tea kettles. It's not about trainspotting nor fireworks. At least not yet. It is about musical whistling, the kind you do with your mouth while passing a graveyard.

    Last summer, Nicholas Morrow Williams published a book about Tian Wen ("Heavenly Questions") that I discussed in a previous podcast. The title of the book is Dialogues in the Dark: Interpreting “Heavenly Questions” across Two Millennia and was published by Harvard University Press. I am still working up to my podcast about Transcendental Whistling; the pursuit has taken me down some interesting side paths. I hope you don't mind.
