This podcast is literally changing my life. It’s broadening my perspective, expanding the horizon of my mind, and challenging me to think in ways I never have before. When I tell you I resonate with Torah SO much… I truly do. I, too, was married. For a decade-plus, I fully devoted myself to a man. I found myself in a religious cult, living the “meek, submitted wife” role. While in that dysfunction, I rarely spoke up for myself, walked on eggshells and enabled that man to oblivion. My nervous system was shot and I had no trust in myself. Looking back, I can see so clearly that my self-worth was in the trash and my standards were buried beneath the deepest depths of the earth. Torah speaks to the multi-layers that cause women to behave in these ways. Societal, social and religious conditioning that have shaped and restricted us in more ways than I realized. I’m genuinely grateful for however I stumbled across this woman and for the wisdom she continues to pour out. I’m even planning to set up a sales call once I’m able to so we can work together one-on-one. I’m literally going to brainwash myself with these episodes in the meantime, continuing to reshape the way I think, challenge old beliefs, and rebuild my standards, principles, and values. This podcast is rich with so much game, I wish I had known many moons ago. But honestly, I’m just grateful that I’m learning these principles NOW. Your existence is valued and appreciated, Torah! 🤍

Finally had some time to listen to a few episodes, and one that really stuck out to me was the episode about putting in too much effort. I literally felt like I was hearing my own life story all over again. As a young teen mom, I spent so much of my life trying to do everything, overextending myself, and constantly putting in effort, only to realize that it wasn’t necessarily getting me where I wanted to be. Hearing this episode gave me a whole new perspective and really made me reflect on my own experiences. I truly appreciate this podcast and the valuable, insightful information you share. I believe the conversations can be life-changing, inspiring, and encouraging for women who are striving to become better versions of themselves and grow as people. This is the most amazing Podcast. I’ve been on a transformation journey, especially in the area of dating. I was in a situation that forced me to take a hard look at myself and I didn’t like what I saw. So I decided to change it and do the work on myself to be a better version of me. I knew that meant I would have to date differently. Thank God I found you on Instagram, which lead me to this podcast. I’m learning so much. This is exactly what I needed as I work on myself.
