Episode 106- Healing and Recovery From the Story of Job Losses.

In this episode, we talk about spiritual recovery from the story of Joe perspective when it comes to him losing everything due to being tested by God and the devil to see if Joe’s faith in God would ever waver, no matter what he lost. And and no matter what he lost when it came to his family, finances, and his health and wellness, his faith in God never wavered. Even when people told him to disown God, he still did not waver his faith, no matter what he went through negatively. And that’s important because today, as far as society is concerned, there are so many things that’ll make us question, doubt, and make us go against God every day because things are not working out the way we want them to work out. Because God doesn’t intervene when we go through things when it comes to negative situations due to our choices, decisions, actions, and behavior, just not doing anything at all, and someone is just trying to destroy your life. How we want God to come, he only shows when we need him, not always when we want him? And I think that’s very important when it comes to recovery because we need to understand that God can only assist, guide, and sometimes lead us if we let him lead from the very beginning of every situation. When we allow God to show us the truth about the situations before we even enter the situations? How we need to trust God when it comes to our intuitions, when we’re getting signs that we’re not supposed to go down the path, come purpose, in journeys that we’re not supposed to be on in the first place? How when God gives us signs that something isn’t right, that we go about saying no and going in different direction, versus going down a direction and going through chaos and destruction that we never should’ve went through in the first place. This was a very interesting way of looking at healing and recovery from a spiritual perspective, but I wanna go more further into the story of Job and other stories where we see how they’ve been tested when it comes to their faith in God. And I hope this episode gives you just as much inspiration as it gave me when I was speaking on it from my own experience of Job in the Bible when it came to being sick, losing my job, having a child with autism, and everything that could go wrong in my life going wrong. Episode 105 - My Testimony of My Story of the Bible Story of Job.

In this episode, comedy just was about my story of the Bible story of Job. Period. Me versus going to some of the most difficult times of my life from when I was a child all the way up to 52 years of being on this planet. Period. Everything from going to different medical issues, relationships, domestic violence, abuse, from childhood and romantic relationships that I was in, being used, taking advantage of, bamboozled, let us pray, comma traumatized, raising a child with autism, and so much more? How I almost unalive myself because I didn’t think I deserved to be on this planet right before I found out I was pregnant with my son. My whole entire life being bullied, from not being accepted, from not being chosen by men, or friends, not having a relationship with my father, and what he put me through, being the invisible child, being raised that I wasn’t allowed to have my own choices, going through depression, and anxiety, to the point where now I cannot drive anymore. There are so many things that I went through that it would take 5 books to be able to write it all. But my faith in God never wavered. When I realized God actually existed. How I said that I did not think God existed and God showed me that he actually did? How I had to repent for the fact of having that belief? How I’m all of that I’m still standing, despite all the obstacles that I had to face? So I wanted to do my own testimony today. I wanted to let people know that we all will go through the story of Job in the Bible. But if our faith in God does not waver no matter what, we can get through anything. If we just sit back and wait for what is meant for us. And I really hope that this episode gives millions of people inspiration when you’re going through some of the darkest times of your life, that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Episode 103 - Finding Your Spiritually Identity Through Healing and Reflecting.

In this episode, I talk about how to go about finding your spiritual identity through healing and self reflection. The one thing I’ve learned through this journey of my healing recovery spiritually is that I have been about things completely wrong when it comes to being a person of God. This isn’t about the identity or title of whatever your religion is, it’s about being able to practice what you preach when it comes to your actions and behavior when it comes to that religion. There are a lot of people that claim that they are different types of religions, but they do not practice what they preach. There are a lot of pastors, preachers, and priest that are not practicing what they preach. for me, it took my medical situation to happen for me to really understand my spiritual healing and recovery. And self reflecting, while I was alone by myself with no one. By being alone, I was able to find my spiritual identity, which led me to finding out who I am as a person. It wasn’t an easy journey, but it was worth it because I discovered so many things about myself through spirituality that I did not know about myself. So I hope this episode helps some of you were going through spiritual identity, crisis, or spiritual warfare find your spiritual identity as far as who you truly are, and what your purpose, journey, path, and what it is that you’re meant to do on this earth. Episode 100- My Conversation with Jobert E. Abueva about The Janus Plan: Beating the Procrastination Trap.

In this episode, I had a conversation with Jobert E. Abueva about The Janus Plan: Beating the Procrastination Trap. We spoke about procrastination traps that keep people from reaching their goals, moving on from negative situations, overcoming low self-esteem, self-love, self-respect, self-worth, self-value, self-confidence, and believing in yourself when no one else does, and lowering yourselves to build other people up. When many people think about procrastination, they think about people who are lazy and have no inspiration. He breaks down the Janus Plan when it comes to beating the procrastination traps that are keeping you from reaching your goals and the path, purpose, and journey that you are meant to be on. He spoke on mindful cleansing & global rituals when it comes to detoxing the mind from the past and things that are keeping you stagnant, stuff, and procrastination. We spoke on why people's New Year's resolutions are broken by February. How to go about overcoming fear and insecurities that keep you procrastinating and quitting? How can our relationship with our parents be the cause of not doing the things that you can actually do, due to making you feel less than what you are, and breaking your self-esteem and self-worth? A little about Jobert E. Abueva: he is an MBA, TEDx speaker ("Beyond Resolutions: The Art of Beginning with Intention"), and award-winning author whose work has appeared in The New York Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer. Jobert is warm, articulate, and deeply relatable. Instead, he developed a flexible, 6-step framework—inspired by Janus, the two-faced Roman god of thresholds and transitions—to help people reflect on the past, clear mental and physical clutter, and build sustainable life momentum without punitive pressure. This was a great conversation, and hopefully there will be a second conversation coming soon. I hope you guys enjoy the episode.  Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/finding-your-inner-peace-and-tranquility--5271234/support.

Episode 99 - Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility Through Spiritual Healing and Recovery.

In this episode, I talk about finding your inner peace and tranquility through your healing and recovery through the spiritual warfare that you are facing every day as a person of God or whatever your spirituality and religion is. It is not easy being a child of the higher power, and trying to do the right thing every day, without some type of distractions, pain, suffering, trauma, destruction, and chaos that go on that makes you feel like the higher power is not with you through these journeys that you’re facing. I wanted to talk about what I have been going through when it comes to my own spiritual warfare when it comes to my health and wellness internally and externally. I’ve been going through some health issues and I’m realizing that my mind and my body are just not connecting when it comes to what is best for me. And how I have to build a trust between my mind and my body and all aspects when it comes to healing and recovery? And the one thing about spiritual warfare is that there’s no winning when it comes to negativity. And that is something that I had to face. Which is why I don’t deal with negativity at this point as of now. I accept things for what they are, and not what I want them to be. I don’t worry about rejection of whether somebody except or chooses me anymore. I just live my life based on the path, journey, and purpose that I am meant to be on. And I walked to the beat of my own drum versus someone else’s drum. And I hope this podcast episode gives you inspiration on why you should walk on your own spiritual journey with a higher power leading, guiding, insisting you to become the person that it feels you need to be. Episode 98-1- Part One of My Pre-conversation with Vincent Van den Broeck about His Adversity From a Near-Fatal Scooter Accident.

In this episode, it is part 1 of part 1 of the conversation I had with Vincent Van den Broec, where we continued our discussions about the near-fatal scooter accident that could have unalived him and could have left him paralyzed. The Zoom recording was divided into 2 parts. We talked about how he overcame his diagnosis through determination, drive, dedication, and the will not to let what the doctors told him make him feel sorry for himself. We talked about how we self-sabotage ourselves by believing what others say negatively. We talked about the importance of the connection between the mind, body, and spirit as far as how we deal with pain, trauma, and suffering. We talked about how he could have given up and instead chose to fight his diagnosis, his wives, and his loved ones' support. We talked about how we can program the body to be on the same page as your mind as far as what it wants it to do. How the mind and body are not on the same page, how we are impacted and affected by our decisions, choices, actions, and behavior, and the consequences, repercussions, and karma that come with them. How he spent three weeks in a coma, had part of his skull removed, and had to relearn how to walk and talk from scratch. We also talk faith and second chances at life, and not waste your second chance at life. The psychological reality of that recovery, and what it did to his family watching from the outside, is raw in a way that will hit your listeners hard. What is important about his story is the fact that he doesn't believe trauma changed him. He believes it tested what was already there. Resilience isn't something you find in the dark, he says. You build it long before you need it. He is currently writing a book about his journey of adversity, healing, and recovery. It was a great and powerful conversation that made me have to post this conversation of faith, adversity, resilience, drive, and belief that led him to a full recovery. I hope you enjoy this conversation. Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/finding-your-inner-peace-and-tranquility--5271234/support.
