The Wolfpack is back… and this time, Vegas is looking like the easy part! 😂 In this episode of All2ReelToo’s Comedy Cinema Review, we head to Thailand for The Hangover Part II (2011) — the outrageous follow-up to one of the biggest comedy hits of the 2000s. Two years after their unforgettable bachelor party in Las Vegas, Phil, Stu, Alan, and Doug reunite for Stu’s wedding in Thailand. Stu is determined to keep things calm and civilized with a subdued pre-wedding brunch. Yeah… that doesn't exactly go according to plan. When the gang wakes up the next morning with no memory of the night before, they discover that Teddy, Stu’s future brother-in-law, is missing — and the Wolfpack has once again left a trail of absolute chaos in its wake. Now they have to retrace their steps through Bangkok to figure out what happened before Stu’s wedding becomes the least of their problems! We’re taking a look at the sequel’s attempts to recreate the outrageous formula of the original, the return of the Wolfpack, the movie’s biggest comedic moments, its controversial humor, memorable cameos, and whether The Hangover Part II manages to live up to its predecessor. The film stars: Bradley Cooper as Phil Wenneck, the confident leader of the Wolfpack Ed Helms as Stu Price, the dentist whose wedding weekend goes spectacularly wrong Zach Galifianakis as Alan Garner, the gloriously unpredictable member of the Wolfpack Justin Bartha as Doug Billings, the groom from the first film Ken Jeong as Leslie Chow, the unforgettable gangster from Vegas Jamie Chung as Lauren Srisai, Stu’s fiancée Mason Lee as Teddy Srisai, Lauren’s younger brother Jeffrey Tambor as Sid Garner, Alan and Tracy’s father Paul Giamatti as Kingsley, an undercover Interpol agent Sasha Barrese as Tracy Billings Gillian Vigman as Stephanie Wenneck Bryan Callen as Samir Sondra Currie as Linda Garner Nirut Sirijanya as Fong Srisai Penpak Sirikul as Joi Yasmin Lee as Kimmy And, of course, Crystal the Monkey as the Wolfpack’s unlikely drug-dealing accomplice! 🐒 The movie also features appearances from Mike Tyson, who reprises his role as himself and performs a memorable cover of “One Night in Bangkok.” Plus, keep an eye out for Nick Cassavetes, who makes a cameo as a Bangkok tattoo artist. And in a fun bit of trivia, The Hangover Part II marked the Hollywood debut of Mason Lee, son of acclaimed director Ang Lee. It’s time to head back into the Hangover franchise as we ask the question: Can the Wolfpack survive Thailand? And more importantly… Can The Hangover Part II survive being compared to the original? 🎙️ Listen now and join All2ReelToo for another trip through the wild, weird, and wonderfully entertaining world of Comedy Cinema! #All2ReelToo #ComedyCinemaReview #TheHangoverPartII #TheHangover #BradleyCooper #EdHelms #ZachGalifianakis #KenJeong #JustinBartha #PaulGiamatti #MikeTyson #ComedyMovies #MovieReview #FilmReview #Comedy #Wolfpack #Bangkok #MoviePodcast #FilmPodcast #Podcast #PopCulture #MovieNostalgia #2000sMovies #2011Movies #Cinema #Hollywood 🍻 All2ReelToo’s Comedy Cinema Review: The Hangover Part II (2011)🎬 The Cast🍺 So grab a drink, find your missing passport, and try to remember what happened last night… Listen now: all2reeltoo.com 🎬 Support the show: Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/c/cullenpark/membership Merch: https://www.teepublic.com/user/cullenpark 🎙️ Catch Mike's captivating chats on: Pop Culture Junkie discussing the 1983 V Miniseries: https://popculturejunkie.com/podcast/looking-at-v-with-michael-e-cullen/ Movie Smash Podcast discussing #GhostWorld (2001): https://www.movie-smash.com/episodes/episode/32534003/episode-18-ghost-world-2001-special-guest-michael-e-cullen-ii-from-the-all2reeltoo-podcast Film Talk with Jordan Ramirez, chatting about #Once (2007): https://youtu.be/fubJGxZ3NSU?si=ptSlTewm72LTVspQ Spoiler Alert with Ryan Moore and Matt discussing #MadameWeb: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRXjJGtzdlU Spoiler Alert with Ryan Moore discussing #CaptainAmericaBraveNewWorld: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHvsYPsvLBM&t=1471s The Family Fright Night Horror Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/episode/7kstbpDOnLQeI8BQGLzina 🎶 Enjoy eerie tunes by host Matthew Haase - https://www.youtube.com/@LimitlessMatt 💰 Support us on Patreon - https://www.patreon.com/CullenPark, shop our spooktacular merch - http://tee.pub/lic/CullenPark, and catch Mike on The Nerdball Podcast - https://pod.fo/e/ba2aa 🙏 Help fund our friend Mark Klein's funeral: https://www.gofundme.com/f/honoring-mark-kleins-legacy 💪 Make a difference with these organizations: Palestine Children's Relief Fund: https://www.pcrf.net/information-you-should-know/how-to-help-palestine.html Trans Lifeline: https://translifeline.org/ The Hotline: https://www.thehotline.org/ Matthew Perry Foundation: https://matthewperryfoundation.org/ The Trevor Project: https://www.thetrevorproject.org/ HRC Foundation: https://www.hrc.org/hrc-story/hrc-foundation Point Foundation: https://pointfoundation.org/ Direct Relief: https://www.directrelief.org/ NAACP Legal Defense Fund: https://www.naacpldf.org/ Black Voters Matter Fund: https://www.blackvotersmatterfund.org Tahirih Justice Center: https://www.tahirih.org/ Mona Foundation: https://www.monafoundation.org/ Learn more about your ad choices.
