DEI After 5 with Sacha

In this podcast, you get a look at why DEI is needed in different industries. I love that Sacha has guests from a variety of fields, so you get to see how inclusion, and the lack thereof, impact so many different aspects of work and life. Most importantly, though, this podcast gives ways to improve and poses solutions. This is a powerful, honest, positive, and forward-thinking podcast! It’s a must-listen for those who want to understand why people in marginalized groups feel that DEI is necessary.

If you want to know how to utterly wreck your organization then go ahead and install a few DEI consultants! On the most recent podcast with Jim Morris, they are so concerned with being “privileged” and combatting hysterical notions of “supremacy” inside of organizations that they don’t ever talk about the benefits of DEI initiatives. Why? Because there aren’t any there. DEI or as they say “making sure people belong and are heard” is a subversive tool used by leftist activists to gain power within an institution. The activists/consultants do this under the guise of making the workplace “equitable” which is just a code word for controlled by themselves. They also will use code words such as: Justice, Belonging, and (in educational circles) Literacy. These are red flags which should be treated the exact same way as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. DEI holds no benefit for any organization that wishes to remain functioning. Seeing racism everywhere is not a good way to stop racism. Embrace colorblindness. Reject DEI.
