To address these Seven Great Pandemics, Patrick developed the Discover Possible Formula™, a revolutionary system that is helping people and businesses all over the world overcome possibility blindness to become their greatest of all time.

Don’t Let Success Cost You Your Life — Mark Bonham

What does it take to become exceptional at what you do—without allowing your career to consume everything else that matters? Today on Discover Possible, I’m joined by Mark Bonham, a Harvard-trained attorney who built his career at Wilson Sonsini, one of the world’s leading law firms for technology and high-growth companies. Mark was drawn to technology before personal computers were even commonplace—building a primitive computer with his father as a teenager, studying economics at BYU, attending Harvard Law School, and eventually landing in Silicon Valley just as the technology industry was beginning to explode. Over the course of his career, he worked with companies including Novell, WordPerfect, Sun Microsystems, Octel Communications, and many others—helping entrepreneurs form companies, raise venture capital, go public, and navigate multibillion-dollar acquisitions. But what makes this conversation especially powerful isn’t simply what Mark accomplished. It’s how he thought about accomplishment. Mark talks about the enormous responsibility that comes with advising leaders when the question isn’t simply, “Is this legal?” but, “Is this right?” He explains why great lawyers have to be right far more often than most professions allow—and why raw intelligence alone is never enough. And perhaps most importantly, he shares a decision he made early in his career: that no level of professional success was worth building a life he wouldn’t ultimately want to live. We talk about excellence, integrity, family, faith, hard work, and the difficult challenge of reaching your potential while becoming a well-rounded human being. This is my conversation with Mark Bonham.

How to Turn Your Potential Into Opportunity — with Mariela Dabbah

What if one of the biggest things standing between you and your potential isn’t a lack of talent—but a lack of exposure? Exposure to what’s possible. Exposure to people who have already been where you want to go. And exposure to opportunities that can completely change the direction of your life. My guest in this episode is Mariela Dabbah, who has built her career helping people recognize those opportunities and create more of them for themselves. Mariela is an author, speaker, and expert on career development and Latino success in the United States. She is the author of How to Get a Job in the U.S., Help Your Children Succeed in School, and co-author of The Latino Advantage in the Workplace. But what I love about this conversation is that it goes far beyond career advice. Mariela shares how she went from writing her first novels as a nine-year-old girl in Argentina to building a career as an author and nationally recognized speaker. We talk about what she learned from failure, how to identify the strengths that make you different, why mentors don’t always have to be people above you, and how to deliberately build a network when you don’t already have one. And she shares an idea that gets right to the heart of Discover Possible: You can dream about becoming almost anything—but dreams become possible when you understand the steps, find the people who can show you the way, develop the skills, and then put your attention and effort behind making it happen. Mariela also makes a powerful distinction about relationships and opportunity: It isn’t just about how many people you know. It’s about how many people know you. This conversation is about becoming visible, creating opportunity, learning from the people around you, and discovering that you may be capable of far more than you currently realize. Here’s my conversation with Mariela Dabbah.

Redefining Ecommerce through Color by Bridger Hart

What if the biggest problem in online shopping wasn’t price… or shipping… or even product quality—but how we search? You’ll hear Bridger’s journey from growing up in a creative household, to becoming a filmmaker at age 10, to navigating dyslexia, to teaching himself algorithms and building a startup that now powers major e-commerce brands. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why traditional color filters are broken—and how that hurts both shoppers and brands How creative curiosity prepared Bridger for a breakthrough he didn’t see coming The hidden link between creativity, geometry, and entrepreneurship Why focus beats ambition in the early stages of building a company How to recognize inspiration—and know when it’s meant for you This episode is for: ✔️ Founders and entrepreneurs ✔️ Creatives thinking about business ✔️ Anyone curious about innovation, startups, or discovering their unique edge
