Surgical Management of the Unstable Patella with Dr. Rob Willson
Luke and Caleb welcome Dr. Rob Willson back to the podcast to discuss the surgical management of the unstable patella (kneecap). A common injury in the young athlete is the dislocation of the patella during sport. However, it's not just about a dislocation as the unstable patella without dislocation can produce real cartilage damage to the underside of this important bone of the knee. Customer Reviews
Greatly informative!
This podcast is truly informative. Great job at helping patients have the information they need and information they can refer back to in the ongoing process of rehabilitation!
Excellent and Badly Needed
These podcasts help patients prepare for and rehab from surgery. They contain needed surgical and rehabilitation information about interventions, processes and objectives. Clients are given a perspective that opens the door to a closer working relationship with the surgeon and, importantly, optimizes functional recovery with the physical therapist. The result (for me) is a much smoother, focused approach to healing and, most of all, the best possible outcome.
