    Its our birth right to be in our fullest expression of Aliveness.  Are you living day to day, sleeping, breathing, and just going with the motions? Or are you feeling ALIVE? Are you waking up inspired, aligned with your highest self?  Take a deep breath in. Tune into what your mind and body is telling you in this moment. Release your breath.  The choice is ours each day.  Even when life gets tough and we fall off our practice of self care and development. A new day begins with the rising sun and we have the choice to be Alive Again. Stay Strong. Stay true to you.  xo0, Allison
