Read This …Watch That…

It’s hard to find a podcast that covers books and movies in a fun, light-hearted way. The hosts do not take themselves seriously and really enjoy just talking about the movies and books they gave watched or read. They also cover a broad range of genres. It’s a lot of fun. Give it a try.

Despite my better judgment I return to listen to every new episode the morning it is posted. The bleakness of my mood following my encounter ensures that my day will end better than it began. But for a few odd choices this unremarkable duo reviews some classics and go-to films and books. They say some words, laugh at their own jokes and sometimes get within spitting distance of true insight.

An entertaining pod. Just two guys talking about movies and books. This is not a genre podcast. The books/movies they discuss range from The Lion in Winter to Road House. Their takes are insightful as well as humorous.

This podcast is a lot of fun. The hosts are informed and knowledgable and it’s obvious they love their subject matter. I’d love to know which book or movie they will be discussing in their future episodes so I can read or watch ahead of time. This is would make it a great book and movie club. Keep it up!
