No One Is Buying Your Offer? Find the Bottleneck Before You Change It | Day 13/100

Ready to discover what your next business move should be? 👉 1:1 Clarity Call — $100:https://go.drewcost.com/#section-UCJhBIunI6 In Day 13 of my 100-day journey, we're going back into the real data behind a small business offer that hasn't generated a sale yet. And instead of assuming the offer is bad, we're going looking for the bottleneck. I'm documenting the process of helping Jen and Dog Pound Fitness figure out why their online fitness offer isn't getting traction—and today we dig into Facebook, Instagram, the offer, the signup form, payment process, engagement, and what potential customers are actually seeing. Here's what we discovered: No sales doesn't automatically mean the offer is bad. There is engagement happening—but we need to know how to turn that engagement into conversations. One Instagram post generated a comment that essentially said, "You're talking to me." That's a warm lead. The signup form works, but there are opportunities to improve it. The current payment process creates friction for a recurring online membership. Most importantly, we may have a bigger visibility problem: people may simply not know the online offer exists. Before obsessing over the website or funnel, we need more eyeballs on the actual offer. So the next move may not be completely rebuilding the offer. It may be getting more people to see it. This is what I'm trying to show through these 100 days: we aren't trying to make the case study look successful. We're trying to find out what actually works. No fake wins. No pretending. Just finding the bottleneck, fixing it, and measuring what happens next. This is Day 13 of 100. Come back tomorrow. 🎙️ Want to be a guest on Next Chapter Conversations?Every story has a turning point:https://gamma.app/docs/Every-story-has-a-turning-point-3zjxlnqgoifs7w8 small business strategy, business bottleneck, offer strategy, why your offer isn't selling, online fitness business, sales funnel, customer journey, social media marketing, Instagram marketing, Facebook marketing, offer positioning, business audit, finding your bottleneck, small business growth, online coaching business, fitness business marketing, 100 day challenge Topics covered:

I Tried to Buy From Her Business… and Found the Problem | Day 11 of 100

YouTube Description Want help finding the bottleneck in your business? Book a Next Move strategy session:https://go.drewcost.com/next-move-8818 Day 11 of 100. Today I put myself in the shoes of a potential customer and tried to figure out how I would actually buy from Jen's online fitness business. And I found a problem. Jen has a great story. She has a strong coaching philosophy. She has results. She has content. But if a potential customer can't easily understand what she offers, find it, and take the next step… they can leave and buy from someone else. In this episode, I walk through Jen's customer journey and look at the friction points that could be costing her customers. We also talk about: Why visibility isn't enoughWhy clear messaging mattersHow content fits into the customer journeyWhy your website and Instagram need to make buying easyThe danger of giving customers too many stepsWhy businesses need systems instead of relying on the owner to manually handle everythingHow to give someone high challenge + high supportWhy we fix one bottleneck at a time instead of overwhelming the business ownerThis is a real business case study happening in real time. I'm not trying to make Jen look perfect. I'm trying to find the bottlenecks, fix them, measure what happens, and keep moving. 100 videos. 100 days. How to Stop Your Business From Becoming a Commodity

Want me to find the bottleneck in your business? I'm opening up 30-day business bottleneck case studies where we find the problem, fix it, and measure what happens. 👉 Apply here: https://go.drewcost.com/next-move-8818 If your customer can compare you to 100 other businesses, you may have become a commodity. And when customers see you as a commodity, what do they usually do? They compare prices. That's exactly what we're working through with Jen and Dog Pound Fitness. Jen already has the experience, the coaching ability, the community, and the results. The problem wasn't that she didn't have value. The problem was that the value wasn't immediately clear. In this episode, we work through: Why so many fitness businesses sound exactly the same Why “I help people lose weight” isn't enough How specificity helps customers see themselves in your offer Why Jen's personal story is actually part of her competitive advantage The idea behind “Strength Without Shame” Why 20-minute workouts solve a specific problem Why progress over perfection matters How simplifying the customer experience can separate you from competitors Why your business shouldn't compete by simply becoming cheaper The question every business owner should be able to answer: “Why should someone choose you?” This is Day 9 of my 100-day challenge where I'm documenting the behind-the-scenes of helping small business owners find their bottleneck, fix it, and measure what happens. No fancy production. No pretending everything is perfect. Just the actual work. If you're a small business owner trying to figure out what's actually holding your business back, follow along. Find the bottleneck. Fix it. Measure it. #SmallBusiness #BusinessStrategy #Marketing #Entrepreneurship #Branding

Healing From Trauma & Learning to Forgive | Krystalle’s Story

Connect with Krystalle:Instagram: @the_sound_yogi Connect with Drew:Instagram: @Drew_Cost What if the things you've been through don't have to determine where you're going? In this episode of Next Chapter Conversations, I sit down with Krystalle — a yogi, Army veteran, mechanic, artist, and someone who has spent years navigating trauma, loss, forgiveness, healing, and finding ways to help others do the same. Krystalle and I talk about what it means to keep moving forward when life has given you reasons to stay stuck. We talk about: Healing from layers of trauma Forgiveness after devastating loss Learning to respond instead of react The importance of listening — to others and yourself Finding tools that help you move through difficult seasons Helping young people process trauma How your environment can shape what you believe is "normal" Why slowing down can force us to face things we've been avoiding Investing in your own healing Letting go of perfection and finally starting Using your experiences to become a source of service for someone else One of the biggest themes of this conversation is simple: Your story isn't over just because you've been through something painful. Sometimes your next chapter begins when you realize you don't have to keep carrying everything you've been carrying. Krystalle also shares something powerful toward the end of the conversation — the realization that she may already have everything she needs to start the podcast and work she's been thinking about. That's what I love about these conversations. Sometimes the next chapter isn't about becoming someone completely different. Sometimes it's about finally becoming who you already know you're supposed to be. If this conversation resonates with you, subscribe to Next Chapter Conversations and share this episode with someone who may need to hear it. The Next Move — $47 Private Strategy SessionGet clear on your next move, implement it, and start turning it into a simple system. 👉 https://go.drewcost.com/next-move-8818 📝 GET THE FREE 5 CLARITY QUESTIONS Before you build the business, get clear on who you are, what you do, why you do it, and what you believe. 👉 https://go.drewcost.com/5-clarity-questions-4470 This is Day 1 of my 100 Days of YouTube challenge, where I'm documenting what it actually looks like to build a business out loud while living in a different country, being married, homeschooling my daughter, and trying to build something meaningful. I built my first fitness business in a completely different season of life. I was single. I could work all day, stay up late, learn, experiment, and grind whenever I wanted. That's not my life anymore. Now I'm married. I have two daughters. I'm homeschooling my youngest. I live in another country. And legacy, family, health, and how I spend my time matter a lot more to me than they did 10 years ago. So I'm learning how to build a business that actually fits my life instead of building a life around my business. In this episode, I talk about: • Why building a business after 40 is different• What entrepreneurship looks like in a different season of life• Why your business has to change as your life changes• How homeschooling has actually made me a better entrepreneur• Why I'm simplifying my business down to one primary offer• Why focus can become a superpower for entrepreneurs• The difference between being good at your skill and being good at business• Why execution is often more important than buying another course• How marriage, family, and legacy have changed the way I think about business• Why you need to understand WHO you are before obsessing over HOW to build the business• What to do when entrepreneurship doesn't feel exciting anymore• Why you shouldn't confuse the vehicle with who you are at your core I'm building this business in public for the next 100 days. No pretending I have everything figured out. No polished entrepreneur guru persona. Just the real process of figuring out what works, what doesn't, and what it looks like to build a business in this season of life. If you're a solopreneur, small business owner, or aspiring entrepreneur over 40, come along for the ride. 100 videos. 100 days. At least 30 minutes each.
