These podcast are always a pleasure to listen to . It’s always nice to hear other people’s interpretations of the Boingo catalog of songs . After hearing these songs for over 30 years I’m still learning something new about them.
Love the Podcast, but…

I love the Boingo talk! Very insightful and, at times, educational. But please leave out the politics. Let’s unite behind the music and leave the other stuff out.
Great podcast.

Love it. Only negative is when they assume the listening audience is liberal like they seem to be. I mean, “Only a Lad” is not a liberal song! All great other than that.
Thank You!

This is so much fun, it is great to listen to a group of Boingoloids sit around and talk about a group I have been in love with since the 80’s. From the current interviews with musicians playing with Danny to the thoughtful song analysis, this is all such a joy. Just one suggestion, it would be great if someone took some time to research current events and/or Danny’s personal issues around the time each song was written. While much of the song analysis has been fun, I believe that with historical and personal context you would find an interesting meaning for the songs as well. I also know that our own insights, time, and place make such a critical meaning to the songs we love that knowing to much might spoil it :-). Anyway, thanks again to each and every one of you for putting in all the time and effort it takes to make these very fun and Boingorific episodes!
