Nobody Knows Nothin’ Rock Song

This song is adapted from an article written by Scott Pinsker for PJ Media. Source: https://pjmedia.com/scott-pinsker/2026/10/13/why-the-midterm-polling-is-absolutely-positively-100-wrong-maybe-n4958269. This we know: Nobody Knows Nothin’. Nobody Knows Nothin’ When we crack the veneerOf scientific-sounding statsOf scientific-sounding numbersOf scientific-sounding probabilitiesBoth weather forecastersAnd fake-news pollstersUse the exact same languageIt’s kind of eerie Because the God’s honest truth isNobody knows nothin’ Our world runs on incentive structuresYour values and goalsThey drive your decision-makingIt’s a fundamental tenetA tenet of free market capitalism Because the God’s honest truth isNobody knows nothin’ The trouble isOur incentive structuresCan also lead us astrayLow-hanging fruitSocioeconomic pressuresAnd instant gratificationCloud our judgment Because the God’s honest truth isNobody knows nothin’ Instead of strivingStriving for long-term accuracyWe settle for short-term accoladesBecause the God’s honest truth isNobody knows nothin’ Heroes for Today is a reader-supported publication. Dolly Parton: In Memoriam

This song is based on a few quotes from Dolly Parton, singer, songwriter, and actress. God bless this great singer. So many people lover her and will miss her. Here are the Dolly Parton quotes incorporated into this song. I’m willing to get up early. I’m willing to stay up late. I just feel like it’s my duty, it’s my job and my joy. Dream more, learn more, care more, and be more. For a dream to come true, you gotta put legs and wings and feet and hands and thought into it. I always want to do things that I can be proud to talk about, things that I believe in. I do the best I can every day, and I’m going to enjoy my life. Some people work at being miserable. I work at being happy. I just love people. When I look at the audience, I see my family. I see the God light, the goodness, in everybody, even if they can’t see it. I just think we need to love one another. I think we need to try a little harder. We need to be a little kinder. We need to be a little smarter. We need to have more love and compassion. I pray all the time. I wait for an answer, and I go by that feeling. I will quit when God tells me to quit, and I won’t quit any time before that. God had a bigger purpose for me, and I had bigger dreams of my own. Dolly Parton: In Memoriam I’m willing to get up earlyI’m willing to stay up lateI just feel like it’s my dutyIt’s my job and my joy Dream moreLearn moreCare moreAnd be more For a dream to come trueYou gotta put legs and wings into itAnd put feet and hands into itAnd put thought into itLots of actionAnd lots of thought Dream moreLearn moreCare moreAnd be more I always want to do thingsThings that I can be proud ofProud to talk aboutThings that I believe in Dream moreLearn moreCare moreAnd be more I do the best I can every dayAnd I’m going to enjoy my lifeSome people work at being miserableI work at being happy Dream moreLearn moreCare moreAnd be more I just love peopleWhen I look at the audienceI see my familyI see the God lightI see the goodnessI see it in everybodyEven if they can’t see it Dream moreLearn moreCare moreAnd be more We need to love one anotherWe need to try a little harderWe need to be a little kinderWe need to be a little smarterWe need to have more loveMore love and more compassion Dream moreLearn moreCare moreAnd be more I pray all the timeI wait for an answerAnd I go by that feelingI will quit, I will quitWhen God tells me to quitAnd I won’t quit any timeAny time before that Dream moreLearn moreCare moreAnd be more God had a bigger purpose for meAnd I had bigger dreams of my own Yes, God had a bigger purpose for meAnd I had bigger dreams of my own Heroes for Today is a reader-supported publication. I Remember - A Ballad

This song is based on some of the responses to the Malfoid meme popularized in recent days based on the Harry Potter stories. I Remember She woke in me feelingsOf love and hopeOf yearning and passionOf happiness that I forgot existed I remember, I rememberWhat I once used to live for Our culture has spent decadesDecades telling womenThat men don’t matterEven that men are evil I remember, I rememberWhat I once used to live for Not only are men goodBut men are worth lovingMen will walk through hellWith a smile, a big wide smileFor any woman whoLoves them back, loves them back I remember, I rememberWhat I once used to live for Men aren’t just starving for loveThey’re starving for loveFor love they can trustFor love that won’t betray them I remember, I rememberWhat I once used to live for She woke in me feelingsOf love and hopeOf yearning and passionOf happiness that I forgot existed Heroes for Today is a reader-supported publication.
